Who We Are
Just a little bit about us.
When a group of people work together, and stay together for over 20 years, you know they are a great team.
And, so it is with the directorship of Accordant Holding. Will, Mary and Dave all first met in 2000 with Anja joining the team a couple of years later. and here we are currently in 2026.
Our trading businesses have formed, grown and been moved to their forever homes, to coin a phrase.
Collectively our experience covers over 160 years with the average industry tenure now approaching 40 years. Scary yet a number to be proud of. Industry wise we can point to Healthcare, Third Sector, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Finance and Banking, Telecommunications, Oil and Gas and Manufacturing.
From on the ground engineering to leadership and finally executive roles we have covered a vast spectrum of skills and demonstrated capabilities between us.
So what are we looking for now? Well Its right that we share those experiences and the most rewarding way we have found to do that is through mentorship and individual development, as such we make our skills available to the right people to help them become the best versions of themselves. Sometimes this is simple guidance, a short series of coaching meetings or long-term mentorship.
Whoever it comes to solving complex business or Executive challenges it is invariably the network of experience that you can bring to bear that makes the difference. We have spent decades building such networks so between us we know we can add value and help move you forward.
Accordant Holdings is a holdings company and where applicable the directors deliver services through appropriate trading subsidiaries and partner organisations.

Over 40 Years in Industry Dave has setup and grown multiple businesses as well as significant experience in Corporates both UK and US based. Currently supporting organisations globally Dave divides his time between the UK and Barbadoos

An experienced Psychotherapist Mary-Anne has decades of experience working with individuals to help them realise the best versions of themselves. Trained in Person Centred Therapy and Coaching she uses integrative approaches to achieve positive outcomes. Mary-Anne spends time between the UK and Barbados
Anja
Director and Co-Founder
Anja has a passion for detail, and Staffordshire Bull Terriers. Her focus is on high performance and delivery. When not walking the Welsh hills with her beloved Staffies you will most likely find her enjoying her favourite wine in her beloved Italy or maybe the South of France.

Director and Co-Founder
The energy of the complex sale is the life blood of our William, Decades of creating, building and driving high performing sales teams across the globe, from his native Ireland, through South Africa, the Uk and Europe, solving complex client needs, delivering effective, innovative solutions is his thing. Relaxing seems him still competing as Captain of one of the UK most prestigious golf clubs or maybe relaxing with a fine whiskey at his retreat in Glen Eagles
